Subscription Packages

In our sole and absolute discretion, we may from time to time amend, alter, or otherwise change the services offered under the Subscription Packages. We may also amend the names or classification of the Subscription Packages and migrate subscribers in accordance with the amendments, alterations, or changes. Arkomina Research will notify users of product changes through messaging on the applicable websites and applications for a reasonable period of time.

Subscription Package pricing may change from time to time. Arkomina Research will notify users of pricing changes through messaging on the applicable websites and applications for a reasonable period of time prior to the renewal date.

 

Free Trial Period

Subscription Packages may include an initial Free Trial period. The Free Trial may include some but not all of the services.

At the end of the Free Trial period, Arkomina Research will automatically renew user subscriptions at the annual listed price plus applicable taxes. Subscribers may terminate their Free Trial subscription by sending an email to subscriptions@arkominaresearch.com, 2 days prior to the expiry of the Free Trial period. Failure to do so will result in the renewal of the subscription designated for the respective Subscription Packages.

Upon renewal following the Free Trial period, the Refund Policy contained within these Terms of Use shall apply.

 

Refund Policy

All charges are NON REFUNDABLE unless you sent your requests to cancel subscription less than 2 days prior to the expiry of subcription or Free Trial, but still BEFORE the expiry. In that case, refunds will be provided in the amount paid, less the vendor transaction fee. Refunds should be exclusively requested by emailing subscriptions@arkominaresearch.com.

 

Publication Frequency

Arkomina Research currently intends to publish research Publications on a daily basis on most regular business days. However, this may vary from time to time and Arkomina Research reserves the right to determine in its sole discretion what content shall be provided, and the timing, frequency and manner of delivery. You acknowledge that there will be certain business days during each subscription term when research Publications will not be published (for example, holidays and days when the author is travelling).

 

General

If any term or condition set out in this Terms of Use is held to be invalid, unenforceable or illegal for any reason, the remaining terms and conditions will continue in full force. Arkomina Research’s failure or delay to enforce any of these Terms of Use shall not operate as a waiver of any of Arkomina Research’s rights or privileges under these Terms of Use.
